Well I’ve been waiting since august for my parcel and it kept getting pushed forward due to the coronavirus then when the items is back in it gets lost in transit. Yet I didn’t receive an email says my items had been lost. Usually use lovell rugby for all my tops and training stuff but after this experience I’m thinking on going to another company in the future.
Great service however still waiting for delivery details due to COVID. Should have had this highlighted before I ordered them as would have selected a different type of delivery.

Really good quick delivery and the website is easy to get around. The only thing is that I had a previous order that was too small but I still had to pay for delivery when returning them.
I was looking for some shorts I could play rugby in that weren’t too expensive and Lovell rugby supplied me with that. These shorts were very good and all I had to do was add to my basket and order them. I will be shopping from Lovell rugby from now on.

I was informed on the website that delivery would be before Christmas- only to receive an email confirming by order and expected delivery being 29 Dec - NOT IMPRESSED!
